  • Scholarship

    MNPEF's scholarships are conceeded through CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior) and follow specific criteria. You can find more details here.

    Scholarships will be designed strictly to regular public education teachers. Furthermore, these requirements must be met:

    Comprobation of approval in probationary internship;

    Applications of teachers whom at the moment of registration are currently in public agencies, syndicates, in management positions or in leave of absence will not receive any scholarships, except for those assigned specifically for teaching.

    It is important to notice that meeting those requirements will not guarantee the scholarship, depending on CAPES's availability.

  • Teachers

  • Postdoctoral Internship

    No admissions at the current time.

  • Special Students

    Special Students admissions are published every semester and obbey certain criteria, one of which being that a special student can only apply 2 semesters in this category and must go through regular admission in order to receive the Master's degree.

  • Regular Admission

    The National Master's Degree in Physics Education is exclusive for professors in effective teaching of Physics in the Basic Education or Science in the Elementary School that have undergraduate degrees in Physics (Teaching or Bachelor's degree) or related areas, in programs recognized by the Ministry of Education ("MEC"), or students in the last semester of these programs.
